More Than A Cup of Chai

Why Chai Tea with an EMT?

Behind every ambulance is a team of people ready to answer the call.

Chai Tea with an EMT was created to bring our community and St. Peter’s Health Emergency Services team together outside of an emergency. It is a chance to meet the people behind the uniforms, learn more about the care they provide and better understand the important role emergency medical services play throughout our region.

It is also an opportunity to begin sharing the story of emergency and ambulance services ahead of the 2026 St. Peter’s Health Foundation Gala. Together, these events help shine a light on the people, equipment and resources that make emergency care possible when every second counts.
