Power of One
Annual employee giving campaign where our St. Peter’s health employees come together to make gifts to programs and departments they care deeply about.
We are excited to launch our organization-wide annual Power of One annual giving campaign. Throughout our 143-year history, the employees of St. Peter’s Health have elected to give back to support patients with financial constraints, lift up team members who are struggling through a life-event who just need a bit of financial help to move through it, help team members grow personally and professionally with donations to our endowed scholarship funds, and more.

Together we will serve every patient, every person, every time with exceptional hospitality, compassionate care and high-quality clinical outcomes.
Just over one year ago this bold new vision statement was just words on paper. But through your incredible efforts our “Together we will” vision has become who we are. Patients, their loved ones and your team members are experiencing this vision every single day.
With your donation to our Power of One campaign, the “power of one” becomes “together we will.” Your individual act of generosity will act as a spark to inspire your team members to join you. As a result of your generosity, our patients, their loved ones and your team members will receive compassionate and life-changing “together we will” support.
Please make your donation by June 1, 2026. You may choose to make a one-time donation of $10, $25, $100, $250 or more via check or credit card, set up or renew your payroll deduction, or make a PL to Cash donation.
Thank you for the work you do and the impact you make each and every day. Your Foundation team celebrates you and enjoys sharing your great works out in the community.

Why I give
“I see my patients struggle with acute illness and the financial strain it can cause them to be hospitalized. They worry about getting fired from work or missing pay. For us to be able to cover the cost of discharge medications for them is a huge relief. This also ensures that they have their anticoagulant or antibiotic or inhaler that will prevent them from landing right back in the hospital. I contribute to SPH Foundation every paycheck because I directly see where those dollars go and who we help.”
Dr. Ashley Coggins, Hospitalist
“Many people in our community struggle and to be able to help them in a time of need is very rewarding. Medical issues cause so much stress and burden on people. If we can help ease the burden a little and make a difference in their healing and recovery, it’s worth it. I chose to give to help out the community I serve in a small way. Small donations add up to big support and care for others.”
Catie Cloninger, RNC, OCN Nurse Care Manager
“As a social worker at one of the clinics, I work closely with a lot of people who are dealing with health issues and a lack of resources. One of the favorite parts of my job is being able to access support for these patients through the SPH Foundation. The SPH Foundation has made a huge difference for so many of the people that I work with. The Foundation has provided assistance with medical travel, medications, and medical devices that make a huge difference for our community members. It feels really good to be able to help people access this extra help during times of medical and financial stress.”

Mattie Andersen, Social Services Coordinator
"We choose to donate to help improve access to care for the people of our community and also to lessen the burden of unanticipated life or medical events."
