Wade Johnson has been leading hospitals and health systems for the last two decades, currently serving as the CEO of St. Peter’s Health since 2017. Committed to the principles of servant-leadership, Wade focuses on building healthy organizational cultures that can adapt and thrive amidst change and disruption. Mr. Johnson has held various leadership and board positions for national and state healthcare associations and professional organizations. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds degrees from Eastern Washington University, UNT Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, and Gonzaga University. When not at work, he enjoys time with his family, being outdoors, and traveling.
