Caitlin serves as Donor Engagement Officer for St. Peter's Health Foundation and has been part of the St. Peter's Health family for 14 years. In her role, she leads donor engagement, stewardship, communications, and annual giving initiatives that support the mission of St. Peter's Health. She works closely with donors, patients, clinical teams, and Foundation leadership to share stories of impact, strengthen donor relationships, and connect philanthropy with opportunities that enhance care for patients and families throughout the region.

In her role, Caitlin oversees the Foundation's communications strategy, including the Inspired Impact newsletter, donor appeals, website content, social media, donor recognition programs, and stewardship events. She is passionate about helping donors understand the difference their generosity makes and creating meaningful opportunities for community members to support healthcare close to home.

A graduate of Carroll College, Caitlin earned degrees in History, minoring in Political Science. Outside of work, she fosters female guinea pigs for members of the Helena community and enjoys spending time with her chocolate Labrador Retriever, Annie. She also loves movies, gaming, and making music through singing, piano and guitar.
