Foundation Board of Directors
Bob Heberly
Chair
Bob Heberly is originally from Helena—born and raised—and remains deeply proud to call it home. He graduated from Capital High School and went on to attend Montana State University in Bozeman. Bob’s wife, Rachael, is also from Helena, and together they are grateful to be raising their three daughters—Hailey, Aubrey, and Lainey—within the community that has shaped their family.
The Heberly family enjoys embracing everything Montana has to offer throughout the seasons. Summers are spent at the lake and camping, while winters are filled with skiing. Their daughters stay active year-round with ballet, basketball, volleyball, soccer, and horseback riding.
Bob serves as Vice President of Dick Anderson Construction, based in Helena. He values every stage of the construction process—from project development and planning to problem-solving and ultimately seeing a finished project come to life. One of the most rewarding aspects of his career has been the relationships he has built with colleagues, partners, and community members along the way.
Community involvement has long been important to Bob. He has served on the Helena Chamber of Commerce Board and currently serves on the Helena Regional Airport Authority, the Carroll College Board of Trustees, and the St. Peter’s Health Foundation Board. He also volunteers with Helena Food Share.
St. Peter’s Health has been a constant presence throughout Bob’s life. He was born at St. Peter’s, his mother worked as a nurse there for nearly 40 years, and his professional career has been shaped in part by St. Peter’s projects beginning in 2004. Bob is grateful for the opportunity to give back to an organization that has meant so much to him and his family. St. Peter’s Health is vital to the success of Helena, and he is honored to support an institution that plays a critical role in the strength and well-being of the community.
